How long does it take?
Depending on the area where the property is based, we can offer contract periods from a minimum of 12 months and up to 84 months. Contracts can be renewed either on a rolling basis or fixed periods

What about the internal condition of my property?
Upon expiration of the contract, should there be cosmetic damage, 2Pear Properties cover the cost of any cosmetic damages, subject to fair wear and tear, in respect of the condition of the property, return it to the same or better condition than that of the date that the property was taken on.
